What is the appropriate height of the monitor?

The monitor should be at eye level below the horizon when you are sitting upright. This means that if you are looking directly at the monitor, you should be looking at the top frame of the screen in front of you. Having a height-adjustable monitor helps in this regard.

Will the monitor Arms work with any monitor?

Most arms will attach to your desktop with clips or grommet hole adapters. Always make sure that the thickness and/or grommet hole diameter of the tabletop is compatible with your choice of wall or tabletop monitor arm.

What is the ideal position and height of the computer screen?

Your goal should be to have the top of the screen at eye level. Whether you're sitting or standing, the monitor should be about the same length as your outstretched arm on your desk. By positioning the monitor in this way, you will be able to see the full screen without having to move your head or neck, no matter how big or small. Also, by maintaining a comfortable distance from the monitor, you will protect your eyes and neck. For most people, this position is between 50cm and 100cm.
